Lisa’s Housekeeping Personnel Services, Inc. is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties in Florida. This website is lisashousekeeping.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote. Our quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address and the zip code of the property. It also asks about the property itself: whether it is a house, condo, apartment or office, what kind of cleaning you need, approximate square footage, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you would like us, your preferred days or times, and anything else you choose to tell us in the notes field.
When you call or email us. We keep whatever you tell us, in the same way any business keeps a record of a customer enquiry.
Automatically. Like most websites, our web host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Our form software also records the time a submission was made and basic technical details used to detect automated spam.
We do not ask for and have no use for your Social Security number, date of birth, bank details or payment card numbers. Please do not send them to us.
Why we collect it
To give you a price and arrange the work. That is the whole purpose. We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, your property details to work out how long a job will take, and your notes to make sure we turn up prepared.
We may also use your contact details to follow up on a quote you asked for, and to contact you about work we are already doing for you.
Who else sees it
Your information is handled by us and by the small number of service providers that make this website work:
- IONOS hosts this website, which means quote form submissions are stored on their servers.
- SMTP2GO delivers the notification email that tells us you have made a request.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser making a request to Google.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or lead-generation companies. If a cleaning company ever sells your details, you will know because your phone starts ringing. We do not do that.
We would disclose information if we were legally required to, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by WordPress and by our form software. They keep the site working and help detect spam submissions. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them, and records relating to customers we have actually worked for are kept longer for ordinary business and tax reasons. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Call 954-977-2751 or email Info@lisashousekeeping.com and ask. We will not make you fill in a form or charge you for it.
You can also simply not use the quote form. Calling us works just as well, and always has.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submissions is limited to people who need it to do the job. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep the kind of information that would make us an interesting target.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
